Pematuhan syariah adalah aspek asas kewangan Islam di Koperasi Co-opbank Pertama Malaysia Berhad. Untuk memastikan bahawa produk kami pada setiap masa mematuhi keperluan Syariah, kami akan menjalankan satu latihan pematuhan Syariah.
Shariah compliance is a fundamental aspect of Islamic finance at Koperasi Co-opbank Pertama Malaysia Berhad. To ensure that our products are at all times Shariah-compliant, we would be conducting a Shariah compliance exercise.
Sila ambil maklum bahawa langkah-langkah yang perlu diambil tidak akan mengubah syarat pembiayaan atau kewajipan pelanggan terhadap pembiayaan berkenaan dan tanpa kos kepada pelanggan.
Please be informed that the necessary steps to be taken would neither change any salient terms of the financing nor the obligations of the customer in the financing and at no cost to the customer.
Kami akan menghantar notis kepada setiap Pelanggan untuk memaklumkan hal-hal berikut:
We would be sending to each of our Customer a notice to inform of the following:
- Pindaan kepada Surat Tawaran di antara Pelanggan kami dan Koperasi Co-opbank Pertama Malaysia Berhad. / Amendment of the Letter of Offer (Surat Tawaran) entered between our Customer and Koperasi Co-opbank Pertama Malaysia Berhad.
- Pelantikan Koperasi Co-opbank Pertama Malaysia Berhad sebagai ejen Pelanggan untuk mengambil langkah-langkah yang diperlukan untuk memastikan kepatuhan Syariah dalam dokumentasi sekuriti. Sila klik di sini untuk merujuk contoh notis. / Appointment of Koperasi Co-opbank Pertama Malaysia Berhad as the Customer's agent to take the necessary steps to ensure Shariah compliance of the security documentation. - Langkah-langkah yang perlu diambil oleh Koperasi Co-opbank Pertama Malaysia Berhad untuk memastikan kepatuhan Syariah terhadap dokumentasi sekuriti yang sedia ada. Ini termasuk penukaran dokumentasi Bai' Inahsebelumnya ke dokumentasi Bai' Inah yang baru. Sila klik lampiran 1 dan lampiran 2 untuk merujuk contoh dokumentasi Bai Inah. The necessary steps to be taken by Koperasi Co-opbank Pertama Malaysia Berhad to ensure Shariah compliance of the existing security documentation. This would include the conversion of the previous Bai' Inah documentation to the new Bai' Inah documentation.
